CHANGES & UPDATES OF PANEL/CONTROL BOARDS
Many old machines still work with “relay logic”, which makes it difficult to find the same relays, counters, or timers that were manufactured 20 years ago. That is the reason why most companies decide to update the old machine’s board, to a new board that works with PLC. They also replace other components such as limit switches for sensors, change the command circuit from 110 / 220v to 24vcc, among many other upgrades and updates. These updates are done in order to achieve greater flexibility in the machine/device and have the latest equipment and electrical elements that are easily replaceable and most importantly, are available in the market.
